How do you get breadcrumbs to "stick" chicken without skin?
I'm on a diet healthy heart, but from time to time I receive wild and crazy and try to set a healthy alternative to fried chicken. I use whole wheat flour for a database to my breadcrumbs, and cook chicken breasts skinless baked in a greased dish. But my breading sticks ever. (And we know that the best part!) Would dip chicken in egg substitute or Using soy milk first?
dip chicken in egg substitute or soy milk can work, but if you are allowed use light or fat free mayo, which will certainly work. try. I know a site that deals with low-carbohydrate products that you can try. it is www.carbsmart.com that will reduce your carbs. i also use a spray pam (ie. are olive oil, butter and flour is good.
